Shipping Policy

 Shipping will be charged according to the weight of the product, based on the Post Office table and the zip code provided by the customer. Delivery may be made by economy package (PAC) or Sedex. The order will be sent from the city of São Paulo and the delivery time may vary from
 according to the destination zip code.
 will file a complaint with the Post Office. The response period for complaints is up to 5 business days, however this period may be longer if there is a need for a better evaluation of the case. If the merchandise is not located, the customer will be reimbursed 100% of the amount paid or, if preferred, can place a new order for the same amount on the Cherey website.
